I bought and used Slim in 6 fro...Yes it is Powe 90! I bought and used Slim in 6 from the same company last year, and I couldnt quite stick with it for 6 weeks.<BR/><BR/>Now that exercise is a regular part of my life, adding in a few more short workouts a week has been easier than the first time I tried Slim in 6. 6 days a week is a lot when you were doing 0 days a week, but going from 3-4 days a week to 6 is not as hard.<BR/><BR/>So far I am in the middle of week 2 and havent missed a workout yet.
